NEW – Become a Friend of Our Ensembles and help our young musicians thrive.

Our Music Ensembles work with nearly 4,000 young musicians a year, offering free instrument loan, tuition and rehearsals, as well as performance opportunities in amazing venues such as Birmingham Symphony Hall, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Royal Albert Hall.

From initial auditions, to instrument loan and repairs, tuition from experienced staff, rehearsals and performances, being in an Ensemble helps develop musicians for the future:

But did you know that it costs between £150 – £350 a year for each individual place?

By becoming a Friend of Our Ensembles, you will be supporting each of the young musicians involved, giving them the opportunity to develop their passion and talent for music.

There are different types of friendship available, but each and every friend will be part of what makes our Music Ensembles special. You can sign up by clicking the relevant links below, and can sign up for a one off donation now and we will contact you when it is time to renew, or for an annual donation which will renew automatically each year.

Already a regular donor? First of all thank you for your continuing support; if you would like to become part of the initiative, you don’t need to do anything as we will contact you to see if you wish to be moved onto this new initiative.
