This website is owned and operated by Services For Education (Registered Charity number 1148848). All profits from the sale of goods will be used to deliver our charitable activities.
Making a purchase
Browse our web shop and click on the product that you wish to buy and put it into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “view your basket”, then “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
After an order is place, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the order, this is to indicate we have received your order, not that a contract between us exists. Once the order is accepted and processed, our fundraising team will despatch your order.
We only accept credit or debit card payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa and their derivatives.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
VAT, where applicable, is included in the price of all products.
Payment and Security
We accept credit and debit card payments for all orders online. We accept Mastercard, Visa and their derivatives All credit/debit card transactions and details are handled by Sage Pay secure payment services.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that goods are accurately described. Should your purchase fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 14 days. We guarantee to replace it or refund the purchase price.
You also have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any goods within 30 working days after receipt of goods.
Please note that all products sold by Services For Education conform to the appropriate British and European standards and they are offered subject to availability at the time you place an order.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, second class. A flat rate of £3.50 is charged on every order, unless specified.
We aim to deliver within seven days from receipt of your order but please allow a further seven days before querying non-delivery.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
