In a world that continues to evolve at pace, Services For Education is proud to launch our new Strategy for 2025–2028 — a focused, ambitious plan that builds on our successes and responds to the changing needs of those we serve.
This strategy replaces our previous five-year plan and reflects a deliberate shift to a three-year horizon. Why three years? Because in today’s dynamic external environment, agility and responsiveness are more important than ever. We’ve listened, learned, and adapted — and this strategy is the result.
At the heart of our work remain our two core delivery areas:
- Music Education, where we continue to inspire and nurture talent across schools and broader community settings within Birmingham.
- Schools Support Services, where we empower educators and leaders, across Birmingham and beyond, to create safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environments.
We are deeply grateful for the contributions of our external stakeholders and colleagues. Your insights and feedback have been invaluable in helping our Board of Trustees and Senior Leadership Team shape a strategy that is both grounded and forward-looking.
